Thank you for White Teeth!

Thank You!

Thank you for making my teeth so white, and thank you for the home whitening kit that made my pearlies look even better. I'm currently working on the pictures of the whole procedure, so people will know what to expect when they sign up for their teeth whitening session. Best part is, I managed to stop drinking Coke and stop other bad teeth staining habits as well at the same time. Thank you Tooth Angels, for changing my life through my smile.

Bangkok Day 1 - Night

Caster is holding an egg that is supposed to be a chick. We were all waiting with bated breath to see if indeed there would be a head and beak!

All we got were bubbles!

Vivien with her long time friend, Chaveng, also known as Mu. He was really sweet, telling me how pretty, cute and lovely I am like every few minutes.
Caster with my newly toned body! I am working harding to get healthier and more toned! Also, notice my new set of really white pearlies, thanks for Dr. Melvin Chia of Tooth Angels & Co Dental Surgeons. Besides the Zoom Whitening System he sponsored, he also sponsored a home whitening kit with custom made tooth trays for me. Thank you Tooth Angels, Thank you Melvin for such a great job, there was no pain nor sensitivity after!

Bangkok Day 1 - Dinner

The food all looked so delicious I decided to take lots of pictures. I'm not allowed to eat, as it is after 7pm, and Caster, my personal trainer, is also looking after my diet here. I'm really hungry, so he allowed me some juice. I think all this discipline will pay off though!

BBQ River Prawns, they were really good, according to everybody else. *pout*

Tom Yum Kung - I was allowed a few sips of this heavenly soup! Clear, spicy and SOUR~

Yes yes, Vivien was really happy chopping on all the food~

Bangkok - Day 1, Dinner

Having a photo perfect moment after gym at California Wow. Armz decided to stay and train at the Gym.

We all decided to head to Hway Kwang for dinner. What better way than to head on over via BTS and MRT?

The token we used for the MRT. Can you guess which hand is mine?

Tapping the token to get in!

Bangkok Day 1 - Afternoon

Armz in this picture with my manager. He was so nice as to bring us on an exciting boat ride before signing us into his Gym, California WOW at Siam Paragon.

Nat, Caster, Myself and Vivien on the boat. How thrilling!

Hamming it up for the camera...the boat was moving really fast...

This is how fast the boat is moving, it was really difficult to get a good picture.

Bangkok Day 1

It was really funny at the airport, we found a brand of ciggies with my personal trainer's name! Caster...

On the first day, we were greeted by Nat ( Famous Magician in Thailand ) and he met us at the airport! That was so nice of him, and he brought us to our hotel, Baiyoke Suites in Pratunam. In this photo, you can see Nat, Armz ( in the middle ) and Caster.

Look at me, unpacking my suitcase at the hotel!

Dinner With my Sponsors

Good food at Watami, Central...Unfortunately I am not allowed to eat anything except a salad.

We all ate so much!

Personal Training - 2nd Session

This time, I was at a Gym in Central, Thanks to Dr. Melvin Chia of Tooth Angels who kindly allowed us to use the gym. This gym had a great view, and less people were using the equipment, so I had no "rest" time in between my sets. This session was extremely intensive!

I was on the treadmill, jogging for a full 20 mins before the toning exercises.

The gym was pretty well equiped, but Caster brought a resistance band along. The resistance band gave a really tough workout, but I survived some two hours of non stop workout. I'm feeling great at the moment.

First Session with Caster

Caster Beh, my new personal trainer. Caster is sponsoring his services worth $1000! Thank you Caster!

My goal is to shape and tone up for the pageant, and Caster's going to help me achieve that!

Caster has two certs, one with Singapore Sports Council.

This other cert is recognized internationally!
